Injury lawyers’ fees are negotiable. Most people never ask.
Many injury attorneys take a third or more of your settlement. Tell us what happened, and we’ll connect you with an attorney who has agreed to a fee of no more than 30%.
A few percentage points is real money.
Most injury attorneys work on contingency: no fee unless you recover money, then a percentage of what you get. In most cases that percentage is something you and your attorney agree on.
A common fee: 40%
Through us: 30% or less
How it works
One short form. We confirm the details, then an attorney who’s agreed to a reduced fee reaches out to review your case.
Tell us what happened
Answer a few questions about the accident and the injuries. It takes about three minutes and doesn’t cost anything.
We confirm the details
Our automated assistant follows up by phone or text, whichever you choose, to make sure we have everything right.
An attorney reaches out
A participating attorney who has committed to a fee of 30% or less contacts you. You decide whether to hire them.
Why would an attorney take less?
Finding clients is one of the biggest costs a law firm has. When a case arrives already organized and confirmed, many attorneys are glad to trade some of their fee for it.
- You keep more of your recoveryEvery point off the fee is money that stays with you.
- You’re still in chargeTalking to an attorney doesn’t commit you to anything. Hire them only if you’re comfortable.
- Licensed in your stateParticipating attorneys tell us where they’re licensed and only receive cases there.
Questions
Does this cost me anything?
No. This service is free for you. Participating attorneys pay us to receive case requests, and that payment doesn’t come out of your recovery.
How is the attorney chosen?
Participating attorneys request cases through our platform and must commit to a contingency fee at or below our cap before they can receive one. We don’t recommend or endorse any particular attorney. Talk with them and decide for yourself.
Am I hiring an attorney by filling out the form?
No. Submitting the form doesn’t create an attorney-client relationship. That only happens if you and an attorney sign an agreement.
What happens to my information?
We use it to confirm your details and share it with the participating attorney who receives your case request. Before that, attorneys see only general details, like the type of accident and the state, without your name or contact information. See our Privacy Policy for more.
I already have a lawyer. Can I still use this?
This service is for people who don’t have an attorney yet. If you’re already represented, talk with your current attorney about your fee.
What kinds of cases do you handle?
Personal injury cases: car, truck, and motorcycle accidents, pedestrian and bicycle accidents, slip and falls, workplace injuries, medical malpractice, dangerous products, dog bites, and wrongful death.
